12.2 Account Closure by Player. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting x111a support. Upon closure, any withdrawable Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to KYC verification and after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account — whether by x111a or the player — the licence to use the platform granted under Section 9.2 is immediately revoked. x111a shall have no further obligations to the player except in respect of the return of verified withdrawable Real Money Funds balances where applicable under this Agreement.
12.4 Forfeiture of Fraudulent Gains.
